How can I book a transfer?

You can book your transfer easily and conveniently using the online form. Alternatively, you can send an inquiry by email or contact us by phone.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept cash or credit card payments. You pay directly to your driver after the journey.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

No, you do not need a credit card to make a booking. The amount is paid to the driver on the day of the transfer.

Will you take me to any destination in the region?

We will take you to any destination in the region. If you cannot find your destination address in our booking system, please send us an inquiry and we will make an offer for the transfer.

Will you pick me up from another airport?

We will pick you up and bring you to any airport in the region. These include Innsbruck Airport, Munich Airport, Zurich Airport and Salzburg Airport.

Do you offer child seats for free?

We are happy to provide child seats free of charge. When booking, please indicate whether you require a child seat.

Will I receive a confirmation email for my booking?

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

How do I recognize my driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you with a name sign in the arrival hall at the airport.

What should I do if I can't find my driver?

If you cannot find your driver straight away, please contact our customer service.

How can I contact my driver?

If you would like to contact your driver before the transfer, please contact our customer service.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our drivers monitor the flight times so that they can pick you up in good time, even if there is a delay. So please give your flight number when booking.
